การขอเลื่อนสอบ

ศูนย์สอบเทียบดนตรีแห่งประเทศไทย (TIME) วิทยาลัยดุริยางคศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล อนุญาตให้ผู้สมัครสอบสามารถขอเลื่อนการสอบได้ โดยมีเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนด ดังต่อไปนี้

1. การขอเลื่อนกรณีปกติ หมายถึง กรณีที่ผู้สมัครสอบไม่สามารถเข้าสอบได้ตามประกาศของศูนย์สอบ (ที่ผู้สมัครแจ้งความจำนงไว้ในใบสมัคร) เนื่องจากติดภารกิจอื่นๆ โดยผู้สมัครสอบต้องแจ้งและดำเนินการยื่นคำร้องการขอเลื่อนสอบ (พร้อมชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการขอเลื่อนสอบ) ล่วงหน้าก่อนวันสอบ ไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วัน

2. การขอเลื่อนสอบกรณีฉุกเฉิน หมายถึง กรณีที่ผู้สมัครสอบไม่สามารถเข้าสอบได้เนื่องจากเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน เช่น อุบัติเหตุ หรือป่วย เป็นต้น โดยผู้สมัครต้องดำเนินการยื่นคำร้องการขอเลื่อนสอบ พร้อมชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการขอเลื่อนสอบ ภายใน 3 วันหลังการสอบ ทั้งนี้ต้องยื่นเอกสาร เช่น ใบรับรองแพทย์ เพื่อรับรองมาด้วย


3. ในการยื่นคำร้องขอเลื่อนสอบ ผู้สมัครต้องนำหลักฐานการชำระเงินค่าสมัครที่ได้ชำระไปแล้ว มายื่นเป็นหลักฐานด้วย

4. การขอเลื่อนสอบทั้ง 2 กรณีข้างต้น (ตามข้อ 1 และข้อ 2) ผู้สมัครต้องดำเนินการยื่นคำร้องภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดเท่านั้น หากดำเนินการหลังพ้นจากระยะเวลาที่กำหนดจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์การสอบและค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆ ที่ได้ชำระไปแล้ว โดยไม่มีข้อยกเว้นใดๆ และสิทธิการอนุมัติให้เลื่อนสอบจะขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของคณะกรรมการศูนย์สอบเท่านั้น    

5. ศูนย์สอบเทียบดนตรีแห่งประเทศไทย อนุญาตให้ผู้สมัครสอบขอเลื่อนสอบได้เพียง 1 ครั้ง ต่อการสมัครในแต่ละครั้ง เท่านั้น

6. เมื่อได้รับการอนุมัติให้เลื่อนสอบแล้ว ผู้สมัครต้องดำเนินการแจ้งความจำนงขอสอบใหม่ภายใน 1 ปี นับจากวันที่ได้รับการอนุมัติให้เลื่อนสอบ โดยสามารถยื่นความจำนงขอสอบใหม่ได้ในช่วงของ การเปิดรับสมัครสอบในแต่ละรอบเท่านั้น

7. อัตรค่าธรรมเนียมการขอเลื่อนสอบสำหรับทั้ง 2 กรณี ภาคทฤษฎี 300 บาท (ชำระในวันที่ยื่นคำร้องขอเลื่อนสอบ)

8. ผู้ที่ประสงค์จะขอเลื่อนสอบสามารถยื่นคำร้องได้ที่โครงการศึกษาดนตรีสำหรับบุคคลทั่วไป สาขาห้างสรรพสินค้าซีคอนสแควร์ และสาขาศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอน

 

Request to Move an Exam

The Thailand International Music Examination, College of Music, Mahidol University, allows applicants to be able to request to change their exam according to the following conditions:

1. A normal change request means that in the case that applicants are unable to take the exam following the announcements of TIME (and would still like to use their application) because of other obligations, exam applicants must make an official request for an exam change (and prepare the fee for changing an exam) at least 7 days before the exam date.


2. An urgent request to change an exam means in the case that an applicant is unable to take an exam because of an urgent reason, for example because of an accident or illness. In this case the applicant must make an official request and prepare the fee for changing exams within 3 days after the exam, and must also provide evidence, for example a doctor’s note.


3. When requesting an exam change, the applicant must bring and submit proof of paying the fee to change exams.


4. When making an exam change request according to the two cases above (following sections 1 and 2), applicants must make the change request within the number of days specified. If the applicant is unable to make the request within the number of days, he or she will forfeit the right to take the exam and the exam payment they have paid already. There are no exceptions to this and the right to approve an exam change will be made with the careful consideration of the TIME Administrative Committee only.


5. The Thailand International Music Examination permits exam applicants to change their exam only one time per application.         


6. After receive approval of an exam change, applicants must express their desire for a new exam within 1 year, counting from the day of receiving approval to change the exam. When rescheduling an exam it must be made according to the announced application schedule of the exam round the applicant wishes to apply for.


7. The exam change fee for the two cases stated above is 300 Baht for a Theory exam and must be paid at the time of making the request to change the exam.


8. Those who wish request an exam change are able to do so at the Music Campus for the General Public, Seacon Square Shopping Mall Campus, and the Music Campus for the General Public, Siam Paragon Shopping Mall Campus.
